Architectural Control Committee (ACC)

All additions, remodels, fences, sheds, new roofs, etc., must go through the KAHA Architectural Control Committee (ACC). What we will need is the ACC application packet explaining what your plans are and the type of materials you will use, etc.  The ACC Packet has a checklist of the items needed and information that be supplied with a request.   We will also need a copy of the site plan/survey of the house/property that shows the setbacks; this should be in your closing documents.

KAHA ACC Application Packet

All documents given to the ACC committee are placed in your file and are not returned to you, so only give us copies of the documents. Please send all requested information to us by email (KillearnAcresHOA@gmail.com), or you may mail or deliver to Killearn Acres HOA, 2910 Kerry Forest Pkwy Ste D4 #381, Tallahassee, FL 32309.

The ACC meets every month at the KAHA monthly Board Meetings. After the meeting, you will be contacted regarding the decision of the ACC.

All plans approved by the ACC are contingent upon final inspection by the ACC committee members. Please note that any changes or modifications to a request and subsequent ACC approval, requires re-approval from the ACC.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to call and leave a message for the ACC at (850) 345-7166.
